ARC-GROWTH-003: Content-to-Conversation Daily Workflow

Turn daily content into real conversations and qualified ARC invites, consistently and without overthinking.

• PostStream / native social profiles (publishing)
• Telegram + DMs (conversation follow-up)

• Cal.com (call booking when needed)

• Never place API keys, webhook secrets, or tokens inside SOP pages.
• Store secrets only in approved environment variable stores (.env.personal / Vercel env / platform secret manager).
• If a key is ever exposed in chat/docs, rotate it immediately.

• 1 primary post/day (minimum)
• 1 short follow-up/story post (optional but preferred)
• 15–30 min engagement block after posting

Core CTA direction: conversation first, then invite into ARC.

1. Pick one angle: pain point, lesson, proof, or invitation.
2. Create post: short, direct, opinionated, engagement-friendly.
3. Publish: post to active platform(s) for that day.
4. Engage fast: reply to comments within first 30 minutes.
5. Move to DM: invite engaged people into direct conversation.
6. Qualify: ask goal, current blocker, timeline, and readiness.
7. Invite: if aligned, share ARC next step (start page / call / join flow).
8. Log lead: record status in CRM (new, engaged, invited, joined).

3. “Are you open to structure + support to execute consistently?”
4. “If yes, I can share ARC and see if it fits.”
