Handle rejected or exited applicants respectfully while keeping a structured path open for future fit.

• No secrets in communications or SOP docs.
• All contact records and notes remain in CRM.

• General rejection: eligible to reapply after 30 days
• Low readiness/consistency: reapply after 45 days
• Behavior/culture mismatch: reapply only by Ryan approval

1. Day 0: Send respectful non-fit message + reapply window.
2. Day 14: Value check-in message (resource + encouragement).
3. Day 30/45: Reapply invitation if eligible.
4. If reapplied: rescore from ARC-OPS-007 with fresh data.

• Be clear, kind, and direct.
• Never shame or overpromise.
• State that fit and timing matter more than urgency.
