ARC-OPS-008: Trial-to-Paid Conversion SOP

Convert qualified trial members into paid ARC members with a clear, values-aligned decision process.

• Never place API keys, webhook secrets, or tokens inside SOP pages.
• Store secrets only in approved environment variable stores.
• If exposed, rotate immediately.

• Day 1: Trial starts + onboarding complete
• Day 10: Progress review + fit check
• Day 13: Decision conversation + paid invite (if fit)
• Day 14: Trial ends (convert, extend conditionally, or exit)

• Attended at least 1 live call (or reviewed replay + check-in)
• Posted at least 2 meaningful check-ins
• Completed at least 1 commitment from trial
• Behavior aligned with ARC values

1. Day 10: Send “progress + fit” message and collect wins/blockers.
2. Day 13: Run decision message: continue together as paid member or pause.
3. If accepted: send Mintbird paid checkout links (monthly/quarterly/annual).
4. On payment success: tag arc_member, remove trial tag, trigger member onboarding.
5. If not accepted: send respectful exit + optional reapply path.
6. Log final status in CRM: converted / extended / exited.

• Day 10: “What’s improved? What’s still blocking you? Are you ready to keep building with structure?”
• Day 13: “Based on your trial progress, do you want to continue as a paid member?”
• Exit: “ARC isn’t the best fit right now. You’re welcome to reapply when timing/fit improves.”

• [ ] Day 10 message sent
• [ ] Day 13 decision sent
• [ ] Correct checkout links delivered
• [ ] CRM tags/status updated
• [ ] Trial closed correctly on day 14

Any edge case (high-fit but financially blocked, behavior concerns, unclear status) escalates to Ryan for final call.
