ARC-OPS-004: Telegram Group Moderation

Maintain a high-trust, action-oriented ARC community environment that drives weekly execution and member retention.

• Telegram group chat
• Global Control CRM (member status + notes)
• ARC weekly call schedule

• Never place API keys, webhook secrets, or tokens inside SOP pages.
• Store secrets only in approved environment variable stores (.env.personal / Vercel env / platform secret manager).
• If a key is ever exposed in chat/docs, rotate it immediately.

1. Morning Prompt: Ask members for today's top priority + one measurable action.
2. Midday Check: Ask who is blocked and needs support.
3. Evening Wrap: Ask done/not done + tomorrow's next step.

• Keep conversation aligned to execution, progress, and support.
• No spam, politics, hate content, or repeated off-topic posting.
• Redirect venting into actionable next steps.
• If conflict appears, acknowledge, de-escalate, and move to DM if needed.

• All members should post at least 1 meaningful update/week.
• If a member is silent for 7 days, send a personal check-in DM.
• If silent for 14 days, tag as at-risk in CRM and escalate for outreach.

• [ ] Blocked members identified and supported
• [ ] At-risk members logged in CRM
• [ ] Rule violations handled quickly

Escalate immediately to Ryan for repeated disruption, payment/access disputes, or member safety concerns.
