ARC-OPS-001: Membership Billing & Access

Collect payment, grant correct membership access fast, and prevent non-paying users from keeping access.

• Mintbird (product/checkout layer)
• Stripe (connected payment processor behind Mintbird)
• Global Control (CRM + tags + automation)
• CourseSprout (member training access)
• Telegram (group access)

• Never place API keys, webhook secrets, or tokens inside SOP pages.
• Store secrets only in approved environment variable stores (.env.personal / Vercel env / platform secret manager).
• If a key is ever exposed in chat/docs, rotate it immediately.

• Public marketing language: "Memberships start as low as $100/month."
• Trial: 2-week trial with no money collected up front.
• Acceptance policy: not every applicant is accepted; fit is required.
• Paid plans (post-trial, accepted members only): Monthly $125, Quarterly $333, Annual $1200.

1. Create Mintbird trial intake flow (application + fit screening) with no upfront payment.
2. For approved applicants, grant 2-week trial access and apply CRM tag arc_trial_active.
3. Set trial day-10 and day-13 reminders for conversion conversation and decision.
4. If accepted after trial, send paid checkout link (monthly/quarterly/annual) from Mintbird.
5. Verify Mintbird is connected to Stripe for payment collection.
6. Connect Mintbird purchase events to Global Control automation (success + failure events).
7. On successful payment, replace trial tag with arc_member and trigger onboarding workflow.
8. Send welcome email with start-here link, Telegram invite, and next call details.
9. Grant CourseSprout access within 15 minutes of payment confirmation.
10. If payment fails/cancels, remove paid access tags and trigger failed-payment follow-up.
11. Reconcile Mintbird/Stripe transactions vs CRM once daily (active subscribers and mismatches).

If payment succeeds but access is missing for more than 30 minutes, escalate to Ryan immediately and manually grant access first, then fix automation.
